Program Description

This proactive group of core support facilities are highly integrated within the SCTR Institute. TTR will transform the research environment at MUSC by linking the clinically focused core programs with the outstanding research resources available, creating a unique resource that can be extended to provide services to the local research community & other CTSAs around the country. The TTR will:

1) Establish and maintain the SCTR Biorepository Oversight Board and the Center for Business Development;
2) Continue to build the translational technology and novel methodology resources base; and
3) Provide education to SCTR investigators about new technology cores, tech transfer, IP, patent, and venture capital consultation services.
